City Lounge
Opportunity:
City Lounge wanted to book more events (class reunions, company functions, etc.) on their patio, but could not due to the uncertainty of mother nature.
Solution:
Cabreeze provides an open patio space when the weather is nice, a wind-block on gusty days, a roof when it’s rainy, and complete heated glass shelter during the cold months. Joe requested a wall that divides the structure in half which allows two events to be scheduled and a separation for smoking and nonsmoking during regular use. It the perfect solution for event planning.
Result:
As one planning council member said, “Joe has brought Miller Park and the museum to Cudahy.” The result is a tremendous amount of community buzz and excitement, which is leading to more company parties, reunions, wedding receptions, and other event bookings.
